You can meditate anywhere!
We moved from a 2400 square foot house in the mountains, down to a 1100 square foot house in the city of Boulder, Colorado. We gave up our dedicated meditation room and offices.
Today I meditated in the bathroom with the fan on to block background noise. I got the idea to sit cross-legged on the toilet stool—my partner calls it the “squatty potty.” It curves around the toilet. When you pull it out, and rotate the stool, the shape supports a comfortable meditation position. I sat there and did my 20 minute meditation.
You can meditate anywhere, and go within even for a few minutes, the stillness is waiting for you.
Where is the oddest place you have tried to meditate?
